As an investor myself, I understand what it is like to be an owner. In short, I am obsessed with business and hacking the real estate market to build a portfolio. (And generational wealth. It's why I got started, after all.)
Through my corporate career I have run the gamut: from overseeing projects and timelines to hit projections, managing operations for smooth processes, and even client nurturing for retention and business building. Basically everything Property Management and Small Business Ownership entails.
I moved back to my hometown of Frankfort, KY after starting our family, and it has provided us the perfect opportunity to do things FOR our community while pursuing our passions.

We had an excellent stay! Even before booking, I enjoyed reading their story and felt as if staying there would be a good match. They were very helpful upon asking for local recs such as coffee shops, breweries, food, I felt as if our tastes were similar and trusted their suggestions. Loved the compiled list of popular spots. Bozi was very organized and each time I went to open my email to find the protocol, they had messaged with a reminder of the pertinent info - as if they knew I needed this. The house itself was perfect for us, definitely had the guests’ happiness in mind, which truly did not go unnoticed.
